2015 Westerns Medal Contest
Are you artistic? Would you like to create a medal?
As you may or may not know, we are hosting the 2015 Western Canadian Championships and the 2016 Canadian Nationals. We would like a unique medal to go along with these competitions, the first of which is the 2015 Westerns.
If you would like a chance to create something memorable, now is your chance to let us know. We will be looking for options and will need something by the end of the year at the latest.
We would also like to offer a prize for the medal chosen, we are unsure what this prize would be yet, but we would let everyone know what it is when it becomes available.
If you have an idea, please use the form below to submit your design, or email us with a description of the medal if you're not artistic. Alternatively, you can also mail us a painting, picture or sketch of your design.
Rules and Regulations
- The prize for the winner has yet to be determined, but will be awarded to the person who creates the winning design.
- The contest is open to everyone, BCWA Members, Volunteers, friends and family.
- Entries must be received by December 31st, 2014.
- A winner will be selected by the executive, after the contest has closed, at it's next scheduled meeting.
- The winning design will best represent B.C., Weightlifting and sport.
